Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 business working days (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays).  Large or custom orders may need additional processing time.  If there is a delay in shipping your order we will contact you by email or phone.

Express orders are processed the day they are received and shipped the next business day.  Please call us if you need same day shipping.  


United States Shipping Options

Important tracking information is emailed to you when your package is shipped,  please check the tracking information if you feel there is a delay in receiving your package.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

1)  USPS Priority Mail.  Delivery time in the US is usually 2-3 days, although it could take as long as 5 days.  A tracking number is provided to you the customer when your order is shipped.  If you do not receive a shipping confirmation notice, please contact us.  Sometimes the internet service provider will consider this notification as spam. 

2) UPS 2nd Day Service.  Delivery time is guaranteed with 2 Business days.  This does not include weekends or holidays.  Example:  If you place an order after 9AM on Friday the order will not ship until Monday and you will not receive it until Wednesday.  This service is not available for APO addresses. 


 International Shipping Options

International Orders: The billing address on your credit/bank card must match what is on file with the bank. You will be asked to provide documentation that you are the card holder if our credit card processor is unable to verify your billing address. This documentation will require you to fax us a copy of the front and back of your credit card and sign an authorization form.

International Shipping Options: USPS Global Priority Mail packages are usually delivered in 6-10 days.  This does not include the additional time it may take to process through customs.  Tracking numbers are provided when your order is shipped.

Duty Fees:  It is customary for the duty fees to paid when you import items from other countries.  This fee is not included in the shipping charges.  Your local customs office charges and collects these fees. 


 Insured Packages and Signature Required Packages

Often times your package will be insured and or require a signature.  This is for your protection.   If you are not home, the delivery service will leave a notice.

Important Note:  Due to the rise in credit card fraud we have had to take extra security precautions to protect you the buyer.  We reserve the right to only ship orders to the address of the cardholder.  We realize this may be inconvenient, however, it is to protect you the buyer.
