Returns & Refunds

Victorie Inc. is committed to offering the finest products to our customers. Customer service and satisfaction is our priority.  If you encounter problems with your order, we want to make it right.  Please contact us at 1-360-457-5434 or email us at contact@victorie-inc.us.

Returns and Exchanges:

If you've changed your mind about something you've ordered and wish to return it, you may do so within 15 days from the shipping date for a refund of the price of the item (shipping not refunded) as long as the item is unopened and unused, with the following exceptions:

Sample sized products and custom orders are not refundable.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Essential oils and other natural product scent profiles may vary from batch to batch. This is normal and customary with natural extracts due to weather conditions, country of origin, and time of plant extraction. We do not guarantee you will like the scent of our products and recommend ordering samples if you are not familiar them.

Please contact us before returning an item. We cannot accept or credit returns for any reason without prior authorization.

After you have contacted us we will issue a return authorization (RMA).  Victorie Inc. will provide a return shipping label.  Shipping costs are not refundable to the buyer unless an error was made by Victorie Inc. or the product was defective. 

Please review your order for accuracy before placing an order.  If you have a question about bottle sizes, etc. please call us prior to placing your order.

When returning items please wrap and secure the item in the box we shipped it to you in.


Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please call us immediately as orders are typically processed and prepared immediately after your order is received. 

Unclaimed Goods
Items that are returned to us by shipper as “unclaimed” will be held for thirty (30) days. During that period, we will attempt to contact you and will resend the items for additional shipping charges. If you fail to respond to our contact(s) within the 30-day period, the item will be returned to our inventory to be resold without refund.

Damaged or Defective Packages
If a package arrives damaged or defective, please call us immediately as the package will need to be picked up by the Shipping Courier for inspection.
Please Note:  Many of our items are natural and handcrafted. Slight variations are natural.
